St Benedict's Catholic Primary School

School reopens on Wednesday 6th September 2023 at 8:40am and we look forward to welcoming everyone back for another school year.  We are also looking forward to meeting all our new children and their families who will join us this term.

Note: Please do not forget that the school day ends at 3:15pm from September 2023

Please note – as previously indicated, the school gates to the playgrounds and the classroom doors will open at 8:40am but will now close at 8:45am.  This will allow the teachers to start teaching and help your children start learning a little earlier.  Please try and ensure that you arrive before 8:45am.

Meet the Teacher - Thursday 7th September (3:15 - 4:15pm).  As previously advertised, this event will give you a chance to meet your child’s new teacher.  The ‘Meet the Teacher’ event will be in two parts – a video presentation (by each class teacher) and a drop-in session on Thursday 7th September.

The ‘live’ drop-in session will take place between 3:15pm and 4:15pm on Thursday 7th September.  Parents/carers (and your children) are free to visit and look around school, drop in to classrooms and meet the teachers anytime between 3:15 and 4:15pm.  If you have more than one child in school, feel free to drop-in to each class in whatever order suits you best.  We hope this will provide parents/carers and children with a great opportunity to meet the teachers.
